Deeks was rescued from an awful situation and was unfortunately very neglected in her early life. As a result of this she was extremely frightened and shut down when she came into care. It’s taken a long time but she has improved so much and would love a home of her own.

She is good with other dogs and cats but would be ok on her own too. She is gentle with children but due to her timidness she would do best with no children or older children.

She needs a quiet, calm, understanding home that will give her the time and support she needs to flourish. She is so sweet and affectionate once she trusts you, but it may take a while. She enjoys short walks but will not be a dog that is suitable for dog parks or cafes etc.

Her ideal home would be a single person or couple that is home a lot and can love on her and help her grow.
