Deeks was rescued from an awful situation and was unfortunately very neglected in her early life. As a result of this she was extremely frightened and shut down when she came into care. It’s taken a long time but she has improved so much and would love a home of her own.

She is very gentle with but due to her timidness she would do best with no children, dogs or cats.

She needs a quiet, calm, understanding home that will give her the time and support she needs to flourish, but that also understands she may never get better. She is so sweet and affectionate once she trusts you, but it may take a while. She enjoys short walks but will not be a dog that is suitable for dog parks or cafes etc.

Her ideal home would be a single person or couple that is home a lot and can love on her and help her grow.
