About Bell
Meet our gorgeous litter of 4‑month‑old German Shepherd x Rottweiler pups - a bundle of playful energy, big personalities, and endless potential.
These pups are growing fast and are ready to find families who will guide them into becoming confident, well‑mannered adult dogs.
About the Pups
Age: 4 months
Breed: German Shepherd x Rottweiler
Temperament: Playful, curious, affectionate
Dog‑friendly
Kids: Best suited to children ready to help with the raising of a happy puppy!
These pups love to explore, play with their siblings, and soak up attention from their humans.
They're clever, eager to learn, and thrive with positive reinforcement and structure.
As large‑breed mixes, they'll grow into strong, active adults.
Their new families should be ready to provide:
Kind, consistent guidance
Ongoing socialisation and positive training
Plenty of play, exercise, and mental enrichment
A patient, loving home where they can continue to blossom
If you're ready to welcome a sweet, energetic companion into your life, one of these pups would love to be part of your family.
They're waiting for someone special - maybe that's you!
To book a meet and greet with Bell please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au .
Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
