Teddy doesn’t just walk into a room; he announces his arrival with sweet chirps and chatty meows. He loves to hold full conversations with his humans! 🗣️
Champion Kneader: Teddy takes his job as a biscuit maker very seriously. Whether he’s in his bed, on your lap, or being held like a baby, those paws are constantly moving. 🐾🍞
Affection Level: Off the charts! He is a total snuggle-bug who thrives on human connection.
The Purr Motor: His purr starts up the second he spots you. It’s the ultimate soundtrack for a cozy night in. 🎶
🎾 Playtime & Favourites
Energy Level: Medium, he’s the perfect balance of "zoomies" and "naps." ⚖️
Favourite Toys: He goes wild for fuzzy toys and will gymnastically hunt down a feather wand!
Top Chill Spots: You’ll usually find him tucked away in his cat tree hideout or, more likely, curled up on your lap.

Teddy is a brave little explorer who hasn't shown fear of much yet! While he hasn't lived with dogs or other cats in his foster home, his gentle and social nature suggests he'd be a great fit for many environments.
Human Connection: He needs a family that will talk back to him and give him plenty of attention.
Kids & Friends: Because he is so gentle and loves the spotlight, he would likely do great with children. He’d also be thrilled to have a feline brother or sister to play with, but he’s happy to be your "one and only" too!
Environment: He doesn't need a library-quiet home, he’s ready for the hustle and bustle of a loving family life.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
