Meet Jolene, our sweet senior girl with a heart of gold!

Jolene came into the shelter with a wagging tail and a smile on her face, ready to steal the hearts of everybody here at AWLQ! Jolene hasn't come across a lap she doesn't want to sit on since being with us, but she's ready for someone outside of the shelter to experience the love she has to share.

Jolene is a gentle and loving girl, and will be glued to your side if you choose to take her home. Jolene doesn't mind the company of other furry friends as well, provided they are gentle and calm, just like her. Jolene loves going for long walks with her humans too, where she can sniff to her hearts desire. If you have little ones in the home as well, not a problem! Just make sure you bring them along to meet Jolene to make sure they all get on a-ok!

Jolene is also house trained, walks well on lead and is comfortable wearing a harness, although sometimes she does think putting her harness on is a cue for belly rubs!

Jolene will be an easy addition into any style of home, as she is also comfortable in spending time by herself. All she really needs is a good spot to curl up in where she can live out her golden years with a loving family by her side.
