About Jacinta
Jacinta is a quiet, sensitive soul who’s still learning to feel safe in the presence of people. Right now, she keeps to herself, choosing to hide rather than interact, and she rarely comes out when anyone is nearby. She has been patient and tolerant with gentle human activity around her, but it’s clear she’s carrying a lot of uncertainty and needs time to rebuild her confidence. With steady reassurance and a peaceful environment, she has the potential to open up slowly, one small step at a time.
She has lived comfortably with other cats before and may benefit from sharing her space with a calm, confident feline companion who can help her feel more secure. Because of her timid nature, Jacinta will do best in a very calm, adult-only household, or one with patient young people aged 16+ who understand the importance of giving her space and allowing her to move at her own pace. Most importantly, she needs a home that feels truly her own, a place where she can settle quietly and grow in her own time. With love, understanding, and gentle consistency, Jacinta has every chance to blossom into the cat she’s meant to be.
