Serendipity

Well hello there… I’m Serendipity — a gorgeous little blue girl with a name as special as my birthday (Leap Year baby, no big deal).

I’m still a young lady, which means I come with a delightful dash of playfulness — toys are exciting, zoomies are joyful, and life is generally better when there’s a bit of fun involved. That said, I’m not a wild party animal. I prefer my adventures with a side of reassurance and a sprinkle of patience.

New places can make me pause for a moment while I take it all in — I like to assess the vibe, you know? But give me a little time and kindness, and you’ll see me blossom. And when I do? Oh my. I become wonderfully wiggly — full-body, can’t-contain-my-joy wiggles. It’s quite the show (and I’ve been told it’s extremely adorable).

I adore other dogs, big or small, as long as we’re introduced politely. Good manners go a long way in my book.

As for humans — well. I’m rather fond of you. Pats? Yes please. Gentle words? Love them. Treats? Don’t mind if I do. The volunteers keep calling me “super sweet” and “utterly delightful,” which is slightly embarrassing but also entirely accurate. I’m an affectionate little soul who will happily lean into you for cuddles and remind you daily that you are my favourite person.

If you’re looking for a loving companion with a playful streak, a tender heart, and a world-class wiggle, I think we might just be meant to find each other. Some might even call it… serendipity.

To make sure everyone is happy, we match each hound with the right family, and we provide lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm (including heartworm) treated. The adoption fee includes our Adopter Kit containing a martingale collar, leash, muzzle and useful information to help you get your new hound settled in.
