Fergus is an investigative journalist trapped in a kitten's body. He has a passion for exploring, a love for dramatic parkour, and an intense dislike for privacy. If you go into a room and close the door, expect Fergus to be right outside demanding entry. He is a loyal shadow who will happily follow you everywhere you go.

Fergus isn't a needy lap cat; heās a gentleman who likes to call the shots. He is deeply affectionate, but itās strictly on his schedule! He has perfected the art of "begrudgingly accepting" cuddles from his humans, which secretly means he loves them. When his battery finally runs out, his mischievous side melts away, and he becomes a dedicated cuddle bug who loves nothing more than airing his business outāoften sleeping flat on his back with his legs completely spread wide. It is as hilarious as it is adorable.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family memberās health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
