Lilly

Lilly came to us with her two sisters poppy and daisy, rescued from the pound at the age of 10 weeks. She spent the first two weeks hiding under the couch only coming out to eat and use the kitty litter. We held little hope of ever socialising this poor timid little lady. The big “however” is that we couldn’t have been more wrong!

lilly purred for the first time at the age of 12 weeks when my daughter sarah arrived home from overseas and worked her magic. Since then lilly has taken control of the household! she spends half her time looking for fun with whoever will play with her, or just with anything she finds lying around the house such as a hair-elastic!
the other half of her time is spent looking for somewhere warm and cosy to sleep, preferably on someone’s lap, legs, feet or back!

lilly has the loudest, most contented purr, but her meow is only a squeak! lilly is an angel. She has dense, soft grey fur around her head and neck with the rest of her body grey with cream speckles. Very unusual. She has expressive amber eyes, which look up at us with so much love, trust and gratitude. Her sisters have been adopted into loving forever homes, and now it’s lilly’s turn to find a new family who will give her all the love she deserves. You would be rewarded, over and over again with the love only a cat such as lilly knows how to give. She’s been de-sexed, vaccinated, wormed, micro-chipped, has no fleas and is perfectly litter trained. A ready made perfect little pet. Grab her while she’s still quite young and enjoy her as she grows up. All the hard work’s been done! we would love to keep her, and it breaks our heart to offer her up for adoption. She will be a hard one to say good bye to. - lilly's foster family
