About Perseus
Perseus is a young boy eager to experience the full comfort and love of a home with a family who loves him. He's already shown himself to be affectionate, playful, and independent since coming into care.
Perseus arrived with another boy we assume is his brother, and they're complete doofuses together (e.g. see the video of Perseus 'stalking' him) so he would love the company of another doggy sibling in his new home, or equally could happily be a solo dog if he's given proper attention from his humans.
He hasn't had any formal training before or much exposure to busy environments, so he will take some time to settle into his new routine and build up his confidence. He can be a bit shy around men but nothing that can't be overcome. He's working on his leash skills too but as that was new to him, it's still a work in progress.
Since he's still a big puppy he's jumpy and silly when greeting you, and so for that reason we'd suggest kids 10+ years and a home without elderly people or those with reduced mobility.
He still has some growing to do, and his curly oodle-like coat will need regular grooming to keep under control.
Please note that while he resembles an oodle of some kind, we don't know his breed mix (he most resembles a poodle x sheepdog, but that's a total guess). We also don't know whether he's suitable for people with allergies.
Please enquire to arrange a meet and greet with Perseus at Helensburgh NSW.

Adoption details
The first step towards adoption is to complete our simple adoption/enquiry form so we can learn more about you and your lifestyle and see if that's a good fit for the pet you have in mind.
Completing the form does not oblige you to proceed any further if you don't wish to.
From there, we can arrange a meet and greet and if satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the founder of the rescue group.
