Meet Ziggy, a charming and spirited Jack Russell with a zest for life and a heart full of love. At 9 years and 10 months old, Ziggy is in the prime of his life, displaying the perfect balance of playfulness and maturity. Weighing in at 8 kg, he's a compact bundle of joy who's ready to bring energy and excitement to your home.
He is a classic inquisitive JRT and will need secure fencing.
Ziggy has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed, ensuring he's healthy and ready for his new family. A notable characteristic of Ziggy is his preference for a gentle female in the household, He likes other dogs and he is friendly and interested, but a male dog bullied him previously so he’s a little wary . He also prefers a cat-free environment and feels most at ease around children over the age of 8, making him a perfect fit for families with older kids.
Security is vital for Ziggy, so a home with a well-secured fence is important to ensure his safety and happiness. With his high-spirited personality, Ziggy loves to explore, so a secure backyard where he can roam and play to his heart's content would be ideal.
Located in Stafford, Ziggy is eager to meet his new family who can appreciate his spunky nature and offer him the love and attention he deserves. With an adoption fee of $495, you can bring this wonderful little companion into your life and enjoy the endless joy and loyalty only a Jack Russell like Ziggy could provide.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee (per dog) . This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
