Turbo, or Toby as he’s affectionately known, is an absolute bundle of joy! This young guy is full of life, has loads of energy, and is fantastic with other dogs. He’s the perfect companion for a very active family that loves outdoor adventures. Whether it’s zooming around the yard or playing with his foster siblings, Toby is always on the go!

🌊 Toby loves water – whether it’s swimming in the beach or river, he’s always up for a splash. A home near water would be his ideal place to thrive.

Border Collies are incredibly intelligent, and Toby is no exception! His training has been going well, and with daily attention, he’ll continue to excel. He’s eager to please and would love a home where his smarts are put to good use.
