About Joey
Cute little Joey has been in foster care for a few months now. He is happy and easy-going with the other cats in care, and coexists well in a multi-cat environment.
We think he is about nine months old.
Joey is not comfortable being handled or picked up, which we believe is likely due to his experiences before coming into our care. Because of this, he is not suited to a traditional pet home where close human interaction is expected.
Despite this, Joey is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped, and he still deserves a safe and secure place to call home.
We are hoping to find a kind person or family in the Bega area who can provide outdoor shelter, regular food and care, and allow Joey to live independently — perhaps around sheds, stables or a property where there are mice and rats to keep him occupied.
Joey will suit someone looking for a low-maintenance companion who is happy to live alongside people without being handled, in exchange for safety and consistency.
If you think you could offer Joey this kind of home, please get in touch.
