Cheekyboy would be glad to volunteer!

After his previous owner cruelly dumped him outside a busy shopping centre and clipped his wings to make sure he couldn’t fly home, he found himself lost and alone. Thankfully a kind passer-by spotted him and was able to take him somewhere safe before anything else was able to catch him.

In spite of his sad history, all Cheekyboy wants to do is be your best friend. It has been a few months since his rescue and he is slowly regaining his ability to freely fly 💪 and he uses that ability to fly onto your shoulder and show off.

Cheekyboy needs an indoor home where he is the sole star of the show and can show off!

“Cheeky Boy lives up to his name- he loves to hop around clumsily, loves a good playfight and gives you the silliest expressions. He's an energetic boy, but is also happy to just sit on your shoulder and preen the both of you for hours. He takes a little while to warm up to you, but he's easily won over by soft praise and a nice bath. Cheeky Boy would be a wonderful pet for anyone who wants a bird with a big personality and style.”
