About Dracula
Meet Dracula 🖤 - a gentle, sensitive soul searching for a calm, understanding forever home.
Dracula is a timid cat who will thrive with an adopter experienced in helping shy cats settle in and feel safe. He's looking for a quiet, predictable household where routines are steady and the environment feels secure. With patience, time, and kindness, Dracula will slowly come out of his shell and build trust at his own pace.
He would prefer an indoor-only home, with plenty of enrichment activities-such as puzzle feeders, interactive toys, and safe hideaways-to keep his mind engaged and help boost his confidence. Dracula may enjoy living with another FIV+ friendly cat, following a slow and careful introduction, as a calm feline companion could help him feel more at ease.
Dracula isn't a cat who will rush into your lap, but for the right person who understands timid cats, he offers something truly special: the quiet joy of watching a vulnerable cat learn that he is finally safe and loved.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
