About Loki
Loki is a confident, playful little kitten who is full of energy! If you have a busy house and you're wondering how a kitten would fit in with all the noise and energy, then Loki is the kitten for you. Nothing phases him and he'll just join in the chaos.
Like many kittens, he is a big fan of cardboard boxes. He likes to hide in them, and then spring out to surprise people passing by like a jack-in-the-box. He loves playing with toys - they're the only thing that finally tires him out.
When he finally does need a rest he's very happy to have a snooze on his humans and come for a cuddle. He loves hanging around humans and always wants to be part of the action (or inaction!)
He gets along well with the other cats in his foster home as long as they're ok with him wanting to play all the time. We think he'd be fine around dogs. He's got the personality for it!
If Loki sounds like the perfect kitten for your household, then reach out to arrange a meet and greet!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
