A bit about Chloe

Chloe came to the rescue as a heavily pregnant young mum at only about a year old. She gave birth to three kittens, one unfortunately passed away but she raised two lovely kittens and we were able to find them both a lovely forever home! Now it's Chloe's turn to find a safe place she can call her home.

Chloe is a charming little cat to watch as she's sweet and playful, and she almost always has her tongue sticking out! Adorable!

Even though Chloe doesn't like people approaching her, she does spend a lot of time being in the same room as her humans - this shows that she's wanting to connect with humans and is taking it at her own pace. She will occasionally accept creamy treats from you but will retreat back to her safe space when humans are too close to her.

What Chloe needs

Chloe has lived on the streets her whole life so naturally she does not yet feel comfortable having people pat her or pick her up. We believe that Chloe will need a very patient person who find joy in the process of encouraging this very shy cat to come out of her shell. We believe that with consistent, ongoing and structured human socialisation and routine, Chloe will become a friendly cat.

Chloe is also extremely cat friendly. Her confidence is very much dependent on her bond with other cats in the household - she follows them around and they show her that she is safe. Chloe will need to go to a home with one or more existing cats that are friendly and confident.

• Flea treated & Wormed

And with ongoing advice / support if needed.
