Fergus

Fergus is a very sweet boy... but he is also painfully shy. He was surrendered to The Lost Dogs' Home, and since arriving he has been struggling in care. The shelter is loud, fast, and overwhelming - and Fergus is the kind of cat who doesn't have the energy to fight it.

He is quiet by nature. He doesn't ask for attention. He doesn't demand affection. He just ... is. And in a place like this, being gentle and small is the exact thing that gets you overlooked.

Fergus has a lot of love to give, but he needs the right kind of home to be able to show it. He needs more than a shelter. He needs a calm environment. A quiet space. A patient person who understands that trust isn't given - it's earned.

He's the kind of cat who will slowly come out of his shell once he realises he is safe. But right now, the constant noise and constant change is making it harder for him to even be himself.

The thing Fergus is obsessed with? His igloo bed.
It's his safe place. His little sanctuary. His only comfort in a world that feels too big.

And if Fergus comes home with you, his igloo bed will come too - because he shouldn't have to lose the one thing that makes him feel secure.

Fergus is being overlooked.
Not because he isn't lovable.
Not because he isn't worthy.
But because he doesn't shout. He doesn't perform. He doesn't demand to be seen.

He simply waits - quietly, patiently, hoping someone will notice him.
