About Willow
My name is Willow. I think it suits me, because I bend with whatever life brings, and I'm still standing.
I came here as a young mum, carrying not just myself but a whole little family with me. I raised my babies quietly and carefully, making sure they were warm, fed, and safe. I watched them grow, one by one, until they were ready to leave and find their own homes. No one ever came looking for us, but that's okay. I did what I needed to do, and now it's finally my turn.
I'm gentle in the way that only a mum can be. I've learned patience, and I've learned how to love without asking for anything back. I don't rush into things, but once I know I'm safe, I lean in softly and let myself be close. I enjoy calm moments, warm spots, and the kind of affection that feels steady and reassuring. I'm still young, still playful in my own quiet way, but I also know the comfort of simply being near someone who cares.
I've spent so long putting everyone else first. I watched my kittens leave in the arms of new families, and I stayed behind, waiting. I'm not sad about it-I'm hopeful. Hope is what kept me going, and hope is what tells me that somewhere out there is a person who's been waiting for me too.
If you're looking for a cat who carries a little story in her heart, who knows how to love deeply and gently, I'm ready. I've done my job as a mum. Now I'd really like to be someone's baby for a while.
