About Cobra
Cobra is a handsome 5‑year‑old Domestic Short Hair with striking black and white markings and a calm, confident charm. He's the kind of cat who enjoys a balanced lifestyle - a bit of play, a bit of exploring, and plenty of time relaxing in a comfy spot.
At five years old, Cobra is mature, well past the kitten chaos, and ready to settle into a loving home that appreciates his easygoing nature. Whether he's padding over for a pat or stretching out for a peaceful nap, he brings a lovely, steady presence to any household.
If you're looking for a friendly, low‑fuss companion who's ready to enjoy life by your side, Cobra might be the perfect match. 🐾🖤🤍
To book a meet and greet with Cobra please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
