Frank's journey started on the streets, but thankfully a kind member of the public looked out for him and made sure he was safe until he could come into the shelter. Because of that compassion, Frank has had the chance to show us exactly who he is, and he is pure sweetness.

You'll often find him cozied up in his igloo bed, perfectly content, especially if there's the promise of a few tasty treats coming his way.
