About Helium
*In foster care in Wolli Creek, Sydney*
Absolutely stunning inside and out, Helium is a sweet ginger boy with an adventurous, playful spirit who charms everyone he meets.
He’s also quite the little chatterbox and loves to share his thoughts, whether he’s greeting you, asking for food, or simply commenting on the day. He’s easy to keep happy—as long as he is fed, and has some toys to play with (and perhaps another energetic cat to share the fun). Helium is confident and loves meeting new people. He would thrive in almost any loving home, whether that’s with a single person, a couple, or a family, so long as someone is home to keep him company.
Like all Maggie’s pets, Helium is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: will have loads of fun toys, towers and scratchers for me to climb, and exciting nooks and crannies to explore! I would love to have a human or cat friend at home regularly to keep me company.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am a typical kitten I love to zoom around, play with my toys and then curl up next to you (or on you) for a good long rest.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Excellent! I have met children as young as 2 and thought they were all pretty great but I do ask that they are able to read my body language and be gentle with me.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Cats are terrific! I'd really enjoy having another nice one around to bond, play and cuddle with.
I have only met one cat friendly dog and that was pretty scary so maybe not for me.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
