About Billie
Billie is a tiny shadow with a big heart. After a rough start to life, she’s slowly learning that the world can be safe—and even fun.
Billie was found in a hoarding situation (along with her sister Piper), then taken to the pound where she nearly ran out of time. Because of that, she’s still very scared at first and needs patience and kindness while she builds trust. Once she feels safe, her kitten side shines through.
Personality & quirks:
Very shy and timid initially
Loves toys and playtime
Likes to follow the resident cat around like a little shadow
Quiet observer who’s slowly gaining confidence
Good with:
Other cats (especially calm, confident ones)
A quiet, understanding home
Ideal home:
Billie would do best with someone who understands shy kittens and is willing to let her move at her own pace. A calm environment and maybe a friendly cat companion would help her continue to blossom.
With time, patience, and love, Billie has so much potential to become a wonderful companion. Watching her come out of her shell with be very rewarding. While she is still very unsure about being picked up or petted there are small occasions where she allows it and her true personality shines through.
Billie needs to go to a home that has a resident cat, or she can be adopted with her sister Piper.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home.
If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you 💕 *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to. (A 25% admin fee will apply)
