About Brad
Brad is one of those cats who quietly steals your heart.
He’s a beautiful, sweet-natured boy who has unfortunately been let down by humans more than once. Brad was given away for free on Gumtree, then later dumped, and eventually found himself at a pound with very limited time left. Through no fault of his own, his world became uncertain and frightening until Heart & Soul Rescue stepped in and gave him the second chance he deserved.
Brad is now safe in foster care, and while he’s deeply grateful for kindness, we truly believe it’s time for him to have what every cat deserves:

Brad is a quiet, gentle companion who would thrives in a calm, loving environment. He’s not demanding he’s the kind of cat who is simply happy being near you, sharing your space, and enjoying the comfort of a peaceful routine.

He would especially love a home where someone is around for company even if it’s just sitting together in the same room. Brad isn’t asking for much… just stability, gentleness, and someone who won’t give up on him.
Brad is looking for a quiet home where he can settle in at his own pace. If you have a secure outdoor space (like a cat-safe courtyard or catio), he would absolutely love that but if not, he’ll be perfectly happy with a sunny window and a warm spot to curl up in. Sunshine naps are one of his favourite things.
Despite his age, Brad is in good health for a senior kitty. He does require renal food to help keep his kidneys supported and to ensure he stays feeling his best.
Brad’s story could have ended very differently, but now he has a chance to finally experience what it feels like to be truly loved and safe. If you’re someone who has room in your heart for a gentle senior boy, Brad will repay you with quiet loyalty, calm companionship, and a presence that makes a house feel like home.
Brad is ready for his happy ending.

Adoption details
Please email us at adoptions@heartandsoulrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting one of our precious souls, and we will email you our Adoption Application Form.
Once we have received your completed form, we will then contact you to discuss suitability. If we feel one of our cats or kittens will be suited to you, we will arrange a home visit or ask for a short walk-through video of your home.
If all goes well, we will give you a *trial period of 2 weeks to see if our cat or kitten is the right one for you 💕 *Conditions apply - We reserve the right to reject a full refund if recommendations & requests regarding your new cat/kitten have not been adhered to. (A 25% admin fee will apply)
