This beautiful 4 year old German Shepherd is the definition of a loyal companion. Once she bonds with you, she truly won't leave your side, whether that's following you from room to room or curling up close for a cuddle. Affection is her love language, and she thrives on calm, reassuring company.

Lucy walks nicely on lead and is a good listener, making daily strolls an enjoyable and manageable part of her routine. She's attentive to her handler and eager to please, especially when she feels safe and understood.

That said, she's a sensitive soul. She has low confidence when meeting new people, unfamiliar dogs, experiencing handling from strangers, or being in new environments. Because of this, she needs time, patience, and gentle guidance to build trust. Once given space to go at her own pace, her true personality begins to shine through.

Lucy would do best in a household with secondary school aged children or older who can respect her boundaries and continue confidence building in a positive, reward based way. A calm household and consistent routine will help her feel secure and allow her affectionate nature to flourish.
