About Bruce
Bruce is a gorgeous young black and white, short-haired Border Collie with a heart just as big as his paws.
Don’t let the photos fool you, Bruce is fairly small in size and wonderfully well-mannered for his age, he is the kind of pup who wins people over instantly with his goofy charm, calm nature, and friendly personality.
After making the journey from the bush to the city, Bruce is refreshingly easygoing and adapting to city life. He is happy pottering around the house and yard, but also to head out for a walk or play. He’s smart, polite, and eager to please, making him a joy to have by your side. Bruce’s favourite thing is cuddling up with his people — he’s a true smoocher who loves being close and part of the family.
Although young, in foster care Bruce has been; toilet trained, crate trained, learnt basic commands. He is great with other dogs whether that be wrestling or playing tug with his resident foster brother, or passing by them on the street. He has been gentle with kids as young as babies, however is untested with cats.
Bruce would thrive where he has space to explore and a family who will include him in everyday life. He’s an ideal match for someone wanting a clever, affectionate dog without the full-on intensity the breed is known for.
If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion with a gentle soul and a playful streak, Bruce might just be your perfect match.
Bruce is located in NSW.
