Introducing shy, adorable, little Jota.

This handsome,snuggly boy has had little exposure to the world around him so still has a lot to learn. He is making great progress day by day and will continue to blossom with kind, patient training.

Jota can be nervous with strangers and bark at them, but with gentle exposure this is improving. Once he is comfortable with you he ADORES you.

He can be nippy if startled, or if people unknown to him try to approach and pat him. Because of this he would be unsuitable with children.

When Jota knows you he is very cuddly. He loves nothing more than being with his humans and will be your little shadow.

He will jump on your lap at any opportunity, or snuggle on the couch around your neck like a scarf.

He LOVES to sleep on the bed with you.

Jota would prefer a home where his humans are home more often than not.

Jota needs another small calm dog to help with his confidence in his new home. He is still wary of large dogs. Jota would be overwhelmed with the craziness and unpredictability of a dog park.

Jota is learning to walk on lead. Initially this scared him but now he loves his walks, and wags his tail with excitement when his lead comes out. He is also learning the joy of toys.

Jota is now toilet trained, and is also becoming less nervous in the car.

Jota is looking for a kind, patient home full of love where he can reach his full potential.
