Hi, I’m Tony.

The foster humans call me “Fat Tony” like the mobster. They even use the accent!

Seriously though, the only thing I am going to steal is your heart (or maybe your snacks)!

As a potential British Bulldog owner, there are things you need to know. We grunt, we burp, we snore, and we fart! It’s pretty much what we are known for!

We are not designed to be athletes, we are built like potatoes. Potatoes with rolls. We do not require lots of exercise and we overheat easily. We need access to air conditioning, even when it is cool. And we are known for all sorts of issues with our skin, ears and sensitive tummies.

If you are still reading, you either already know all of the above or you are a glutton for punishment.

So, a little about me. I am a friendly guy who has lived with another big, male dog. I walk well on a lead, and I have walked around free-range poultry and cats without showing any interest. I have ignored small dogs through a wire fence, and I have been friendly with the kids that I have met.

So, if you would like to get together, maybe share a pizza and talk about the “good old days” or who can go and “sleep with the fishes”, let me know. We might just “hit” it off!
