About Joe
Meet Joe, a charming and shy feline who is as unique as he is lovable. Joe's gentle nature is captivating, and beneath his initial reserve lies a curious soul yearning to explore the world around him. His affectionate side shines through in heartwarming cuddles and lazy afternoon naps, where he's content to share warmth and companionship with his humans.
One of Joe's greatest joys comes from his love for food. He's a bit of a foodie, always eager to discover delicious treats. Mealtime is a special event, and he never misses an opportunity to show off his appreciation with a satisfying purr.
Joe has a special bond with his siblings, sharing an unbreakable connection that defines their social world. With a little patience and understanding, you’ll discover a cat who thrives in the company of others, whether they're his siblings or other feline friends. His sociable nature makes him an ideal candidate for a home with other cats, where camaraderie and affection can flourish.
His gentle disposition and loving heart make him a wonderful addition to any family seeking a furry friend who enjoys the quiet moments of life just as much as the lively ones. If you are looking for a loyal and curious cat eager to experience life's simple pleasures, Joe is ready to meet his new family!

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.
We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
Thank you for helping us give these kittens the loving, social homes they deserve!
