Hi, I’m Rocco 👋

I’m a very sweet and affectionate Border Collie mix with a big heart and so much love to give. A little while ago I found myself lost and alone in the pound, but thanks to ARK, I’ve had the chance to feel safe, cared for, and start fresh.

And guess what — I’ve come a long way since then.

I’ve put on condition, I’m looking and feeling so much healthier, and I’m really starting to shine. I’m walking nicely on the lead now and absolutely love getting out and about with my people.

I’ve also been working hard on my house manners and I’m doing really well. I sleep through the night in my own bed, settle beautifully during family time, and I’m house-trained.

I’m still a young, enthusiastic boy, so I can get excited from time to time — but I’m learning to regulate myself really well. With a bit of guidance, I settle quickly and am growing into a much more calm, confident young dog.

I’ll need a secure yard to keep me safe. I love my indoor time just as much though — especially if it involves lounging near you or sneaking onto the couch for a head massage.

I would suit a family with kids and/or another playful dog who can match my energy. I’d also be just as happy as a loyal sidekick for someone looking for an affectionate, devoted companion.

I’ve done the hard part — now I’m ready to find my forever home 💙🐾
