About Neptune
Hello there, I'm Luna, a 1-year-old Russian Blue with bright eyes, soft fur, and a heart full of love. Let me tell you a little about myself.
I was surrendered through no fault of my own, which was pretty confusing at first. Walking into a brand new place with unfamiliar smells and loud noises was scary, but I surprised everyone (including myself) with how brave I was. I've been in a home since I was a tiny kitten, so once I realized I was safe, I started settling in and showing my true personality.
I might be a little shy when we first meet, but don't worry. Give me a minute and I'll decide you're trustworthy, then I'll happily lean in for cheek scratches and gentle cuddles. That's my favorite way of saying "okay, you're my person now."
I grew up with a small human sibling, so I'm great with kids. I take my babysitting role seriously. I supervise snack time for dropped food, zoom around the house when the mood strikes, and then retire to a quiet spot for a well deserved nap. Visitors are usually fine too, though once my social battery runs out, I like to disappear to a sunny window for some beauty sleep.
If you have a comfy couch, congratulations, it's now ours. I'll be there most of the day waiting to snuggle up and watch TV with you. I'm playful, energetic, and extremely cute. Just one small warning, the vacuum is my arch nemesis, so please introduce it slowly.
I'm ready to find a loving home where I can feel safe, adored, and curled up right beside you on the couch.
