Meet Scrappy!

Looking for a low key best friend who prefers Netflix nights over noisy parties? Allow us to introduce Scrappy, a senior Jack Russell who has officially retired from the chaos of puppyhood and is now focused on the finer things in life: naps, snacks, and quality one on one one time with his humans.

Scrappy is a people dog through and through, especially adults. He's happiest in a calm, adults only home where routines are predictable and voices stay at a reasonable indoor volume. Loud noises make him nervous, so fireworks, thunderstorms, or surprise dance parties are not his jam. Think more "peaceful cottage" than "rock concert."

While Scrappy loves humans, he prefers to be your one and only furry roommate. Other dogs and cats make him anxious, and he'd rather not have to negotiate shared spaces. He's very clear on this boundary and would love a home where he can soak up all the attention himself (and honestly, he deserves it).

Despite his age, Scrappy still has that classic Jack Russell personality: curious, clever, and occasionally hilarious. He enjoys leisurely walks, cozy naps, and being your loyal shadow. He may take a little time to settle in, but once he trusts you, you've got a devoted companion for life.
