Named after the one and only Elton John, this large-breed puppy is already showing he knows how to put on a great performance. Elton is bright, engaging, and learning his manners at an impressive pace. He’s the kind of pup who watches, listens, and then gives things a go with confidence.

Elton is currently in foster care with a loving family, which means he’s growing up in a real home environment, learning routines, boundaries, and how to be a great canine companion. His foster carers are seeing just how quickly he picks things up, especially when training is fun, positive, and consistent.

As a large-breed puppy, Elton will suit a home that understands the importance of ongoing training, gentle guidance, and giving a clever pup plenty of mental stimulation. He’s eager to learn, enjoys human company, and has that wonderful mix of confidence and sweetness.

SAFE is a foster-based rescue, so while we don’t have a shelter you can visit, fostering means we truly know Elton’s personality and needs. Adoption is still easy. Simply submit an online adoption application, and we can arrange a meet and greet with his foster family.
