Charlie

i I'm Charlie. I'm at my happiest when I'm with my people. I love being inside with the family, spending time close by, and soaking up all the cuddles I can get. I sleep indoors overnight, settle beautifully in the house, and I'm very good at letting you know when I need to go outside. When I'm included in daily life, I'm calm, well-mannered, and a lovely companion.

I'm pretty obedient and am eager to please. I walk nicely on the lead, sit for my food and I'm gentle when eating. I'm very treat-motivated, which makes training enjoyable and rewarding for both of us. I also love a game of fetch and thrive on interaction with my humans.

Car trips aren't my favourite, but I do settle once underway, and with continued consistency this will only improve. I travel best in a crate and will hop straight in on my own. Bath time is no problem for me, I'm happy being washed and handle it well.

I get along well with other dogs and I'm great with children of all ages. I haven't been tested with cats yet. If left alone in the backyard for long periods, I may look for something to chew, so I do best when I have appropriate chew toys or bones and am included as part of the household. Inside the home, I'm respectful and non-destructive.

I'm a loving, affectionate dog who forms strong bonds with my people and gives back tenfold when I'm part of the family. If you're looking for a devoted companion who wants to be involved, loved, and included, I might just be your perfect match.-
