2. Do you understand that Sumo’s adoption fee to help covering part of his necessary medical costs, supporting other animals in out care and it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Sumo the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Sumo be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Sumo quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Sumo be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as pleases? Please describe Sumo’s proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
