Hello, I'm Redmond.

I'm a fluffy ginger gentleman with a curious mind, a soft coat, and a heart that takes a little while to warm up. Think of me as a slow-burn kind of cat. Once I'm comfortable, I'm all in.

When I move into my new home, I'd love to start with my own cozy safe room. This gives me time to figure out important things like where the litter tray is, which spots are best for naps, and whether you are a trustworthy treat provider. As I gain confidence, I'll happily begin exploring the rest of the house in small adventures of my own choosing.

I'm looking for a calm, quiet home with adults or teens who understand that I like predictable interactions and being in control of my personal space. Loud noises and sudden movements can make me jump, but when life is peaceful, I turn into a very affectionate and loyal companion.

I adore having plenty of hiding places, covered beds, cat trees, and even a soft carrier make excellent retreats. I also take playtime very seriously. Wand toys are my favourite, and I love finishing a good hunt with a snack from an enrichment feeder. Hands and feet are not toys, but hearts are.
