Get ready for some serious cuteness! This adorable kitten will be officially attending our Meet & Greet Event this Sunday, March 15th at Pet O in Springvale. If you’re looking for a new best friend (or just some kitten cuddles), come say hello!

This little guy is the perfect blend of high-energy fun and sweet, soulful companionship. If you’re looking for a kitten who can go from "zoomie mode" to "nap buddy" in a heartbeat, Rune is your boy.
Bio 📝
He is charming little soul who is ready to find his forever home! 🏡 Rune is the definition of a "gentle spirit." While he started out a bit reserved, he has been bravely stepping out of his shell and showing off his wonderful personality.
He is incredibly easy to handle and has a heart of gold. Whether it’s playtime or nap time, Rune is just happy to be part of the family!
Personality & Play ⚡
Energy for Days: Rune is a high-energy kitten who loves to romp, jump, and wrestle! 🎾
Brotherly Love: He is very social with other cats and spends most of his day playing tag with his brothers. He would do great in a home with another feline friend to keep him busy.
Gentle Nature: Even though he’s active, he is never aggressive. He has a very "soft" way about him that makes him a joy to be around.
The Cuddle Factor ☁️
Rune is officially entering his "Cuddle Era." Once he’s burned off his kitten energy, he looks for the nearest lap to park himself on.
Loud Purr Motor: You’ll know he’s happy before you even see him, his purr is surprisingly loud for such a little guy! 🔊
Lap Cat in Training: He has discovered that human laps are the best place for afternoon naps and will happily snuggle up for hours.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
