Meet Custard!
Custard is a stunning ginger girl with the biggest blue eyes that stop you in your tracks. Just one look and she has you wrapped around her little paw. This beautiful girl is incredibly affectionate and super snuggly — her favourite place in the world is right on your chest, where she can curl up, purr away, and drift off to sleep feeling safe and loved.
Confident and bold, Custard has a lovely self-assured nature and isn’t afraid to let you know she wants cuddles (which is always). She truly just wants to be close alllll the time, soaking up every bit of love and returning it tenfold. When she’s not snuggling, she’s happily pottering around, full of charm and sweetness.
Custard will thrive in a home where affection is plentiful and lap time is never in short supply. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, loving little shadow who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Custard is your girl 🧡✨

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
