πΎ George (3.5y) is Looking for a New Home πΎ
Current Location: Melbourne, VIC
George is a much-loved boy who is sadly struggling after a significant downsizing. With a very small yard, even with walks, toys, and enrichment, he has become unsettled when left alone and is showing signs of frustration such as digging and being more vocal. This decision has not been made lightly β itβs about finding George a home that truly suits his needs.
About George:
πΆ Desexed, healthy, and up to date with vaccinations
πΎ Walks beautifully on lead and will sit at the road until told to go
π Dog-friendly and enjoys socialising β best suited to a similar-aged, desexed female
π Very people-oriented and absolutely loves human company
π Loves car rides and travels well
π‘ Not a jumper and settles well indoors, resting on his mat
π½ Toilets outside appropriately
George is enthusiastic when meeting other dogs and can be a bit full-on β he simply doesnβt always βread the roomβ yet. There is no aggression at all; heβs still learning to manage his excitement and is making progress with regular outings and dog park visits.
Important to know:
β No cats
π§ Best suited to a home with older children (13+), as he hasnβt had experience with younger kids
π Frightened of fireworks and still uncomfortable with thunder (though improving)
George would thrive in a home where he is included in daily life, has space to move, and people around him. He has so much love to give and just needs the right environment to settle and shine.
