Lola

Lola is a gorgeous 1-year-old Silky Terrier cross with a gentle soul and a heart full of love for the right person. She's a sweet little girl who is looking for a calm, understanding forever home where she can feel safe and cherished.

Lola can be a bit timid, especially in new environments, and she's still learning that the world (and people!) can be kind. Because of this, she prefers to take things at her own pace and can find too much handling overwhelming. With patience, consistency, and respect for her boundaries, Lola blossoms into a loving companion who truly just wants to be loved.

She would do best as the only dog in the home, as she's not comfortable sharing her space with other dogs. A quiet household with older, dog-savvy children who understand how to give her space would suit her well.

The good news? Lola is happy to relax at home and can live with full-time workers, provided she has a safe, secure environment and time to decompress and bond when you're home.
