About Lady Marmalade & Saffron (Located in Point Cook)
Lady Marmalade and Saffron are beautiful lop-eared sisters looking for a forever home together. After being sadly dumped outside a vet clinic through no fault of their own, these girls have been given a fresh start and are now desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to be loved.
They have the most gentle, sweet natures and a wonderful bond. Curious and confident, they often hop up onto the lounge to see what’s happening and love being part of the household. Watching them interact is a joy and a great reminder of how special adopting a bonded pair can be.
The girls enjoy human company and prefer pats while you sit on the floor with them. They may tolerate a short cuddle, but are happiest with all four paws on the ground. They are very well behaved, use their litter reliably, and only chew what they’re meant to — apple sticks being a favourite!
Lady Marmalade and Saffron are not fussy eaters and enjoy oaten hay, pellets, fresh grass, Chinese broccoli, carrots, and the occasional splash of pineapple juice in water on hot days. They are still gaining confidence around other animals but may improve with time and patience.
Saffron has striking black markings, while Lady Marmalade is slightly larger with a beautiful orange tone across her head and back.
By adopting Lady Marmalade and Saffron, you’re not just welcoming two rabbits — you’re giving a loving home to a bonded pair who have already been through so much and are ready to finally feel safe, secure, and adored.
