Hello there, my name is Possum — a gentle, sweet-natured girl who’s ready for her own happily-ever-after.

Nature
I came into care after finding myself homeless and pregnant, and I lovingly raised my four beautiful babies. Now that my mumma duties are complete, it’s finally my turn to be spoiled and adored.

I’m an easy going, laid-back girl who doesn’t let much worry me. I have a calm presence and bring a sense of peace wherever I go. I’m affectionate without being demanding and I absolutely love a good snuggle with my humans.

I’ve proven myself to be a wonderful mum, and that same gentle, loving nature carries through into everything I do. I’m the kind of cat who’s happy just sharing space, soaking up affection, and enjoying the simple comforts of home.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
While I haven’t been tested with children yet, my calm, gentle personality suggests I’d likely do very well with respectful kids.

I’ve happily lived alongside two large dogs and other adult cats without any issues at all. I’m very tolerant, social, and adaptable, and would be comfortable sharing my home with other pets.

If you would like to apply to adopt Possum please come and meet her at Better Pets & Gardens Wangara this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. She will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.
