NOTE: You are unable to meet Netty until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Netty in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family and not left outside 24/7 with no interaction.
• I am a puppy, so I WILL bite, chew things, toilet inside, bark & cry and be destructive. It is up to you to train these behaviours out of me. Please don't apply for me if you are not willing to put in the effort to train me to grow up to be a well behaved and social dog.
• Large breed experience is preferred! I'm going to be big when I'm older.
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs
• Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction.
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• Being an active breed, I have a lot of energy so an active family is a must!
• SOCIALISATION is as important as training a puppy. Taking me to lots of different places, meeting lots of people (children, men, woman etc) and meeting lots of dogs and other animals will ensure I grow into a social and well-adjusted dog.
• TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING. It's ESSENTIAL I receive training in all aspects of my life so I can be the best dog I can be when I'm older.
• Being a young puppy, I will adapt & learn easily, how I mature will only be a reflection of you & my upbringing
• I appear to have issues with resource guarding when it comes to my toys and treats. I will need training to help fix and to get rid of this behaviour. With commitment and time, we will be able to work on this. Due to this behaviour, it is recommended that there are no kids under 5. Older kids to help with training should be okay.

• Highly food motivated
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs
• Exuberant & full of beans
• I can sit, shake hands & stay
• I walk well on lead for a young doggo but having daily walks should help me improve my lead skills

Where I need to improve / Training required:
• I will require full basic training as I've had no training experience yet
• As I have not been allowed inside before I am not housetrained yet .
