Meet our gentle soul, Lovey.

If you're looking for a best friend, a soulmate, a companion, look no further than Lovey. She is the kind of girl who will follow you around the house with her gentle tippy-tappy paws, getting herself involved in everything you're up to. Whether it's cooking dinner, watching TV, doomscrolling in bed or just pottering around the house, Lovey will be your shadow dog, never too far away.

Lovey has spent some time in foster care, learning how to be the best doggy she can be. She went for many walks, spent time at cafes for puppaccinos, and LOVED watching the world go by at her sunny window spot. She will be her best self in a quiet household with owners who are home more often than not. This will give her the reassurance she needs that her owners are here to stay! Predictability and consistency will benefit Lovey immensely, enabling her to settle into the home much faster. 

Lovey is what we like to call a gentle giant. She is sensitive and sweet, and doesn't respond well to raised voices or negative reinforcement. The quickest way to Lovey's big heart is speaking softly and taking it at her pace to begin. Due to Lovely's shy disposition around new people, she would love to be in a home where it is adults only or older children.

If there are any children or other dogs in Lovey's potential new home, they will need to join you in a meet and greet with her to ensure that everyone is comfortable and appropriate.
