Meet Alfie, a remarkably sweet and sociable greyhound whose heart is as big as his paws. Alfie has been a wonderful foster boy, adapting beautifully to apartment living where he happily tosses toys around or snoozes away peacefully. He’s more than ready to transition to a new home, bringing joy and companionship along with him.

Alfie is an adventure-seeker, often excited by the diverse sounds and sights of the busy city, from cars and cyclists to bustling sidewalks. Though his curiosity sometimes turns into enthusiastic pulling, his affectionate nature shines brightly through his eager-to-please attitude. With a bit of patience, training, and strong guidance, Alfie will make leash walks a delightful experience. He's learned to "wait" for dinner and politely crosses streets, proving that he's a quick learner ready to respond to guidance.

A social dog by nature, Alfie enjoys the company of his greyhound foster sister, demonstrating a respectful demeanor by giving her space when needed. He may thrive in a home with another dog of similar size, enjoying playtime, companionship, and shared adventures. Alfie has also shown a spontaneous eagerness to meet children, displaying relaxed, calm behavior that aligns perfectly with a family environment.

He's crate trained, with excellent toileting habits and a love for a good ear rub and neck scratch.
