About Mamacita π
ππΎ Adopt Mamacita π A Beautiful Mama Kitty Looking for Her Forever Home π±
Mamacita π truly lives up to her name. This gentle mama raised six beautiful babies (including one orphan) after being rescued from a heartbreaking life surviving in a cemetery for years. She even had a litter before this one, and we knew we had to step in to save her and stop the cycle of hardship and sadness. Despite her tough past, she has the sweetest soul and so much love to give.
When Mamacita first arrived, she was very unsure of humans. Watching her transformation has been nothing short of amazing. She has blossomed into a loving, affectionate girl who now seeks out cuddles and even drools with happiness when being patted (which always makes me laugh!). Seeing her come to life, feel safe, and truly enjoy affection has been such a joy. I feel incredibly grateful to have been able to help her and her little family β whoever welcomes her into their life will be very lucky.
Mamacita is calm, gentle, and enjoys a peaceful life. She gets along well with other cats, is comfortable around dogs, and is also quite independent, meaning she would be perfectly happy as the queen of her own castle too. She loves relaxing and quietly watching the world go by.
With her long, beautiful calico coat, Mamacita is absolutely stunning. She also has a soft spot for her seafood dinners ππ», which definitely help keep her coat shiny and gorgeous!
This sweet girl has given so much love in her life β now itβs her turn to receive it. π

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitmentβboth emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. Weβll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, weβd love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, weβll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isnβt the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
