Flounder

Hi there, I'm Flounder.

You might notice my eyes first - they sit a little differently than most, giving me a quirky look that tends to make people smile. I like to think it adds to my charm. I'm an older gentleman, but don't let the grey fool you, I've still got plenty of pep in my step and a whole lot of love to give.

I came in as a stray and no one ever came looking for me, but I don't dwell on that. Life's too short when there are balls to chase and squeaky toys to investigate. I am absolutely obsessed with balls - truly, deeply, wholeheartedly. When I head out to the rec yard, my mission is clear, and I'll often proudly carry my latest trophy ball all the way back to my pen like the prize it is. If it squeaks, even better.

Playtime is my happy place, and when I'm in full play mode I can get a little over-excited because I'm just having such a good time. I'm a super lovely old chap with a joyful spirit, a playful heart, and so much affection still left to share. My golden years aren't about slowing down - they're about finding someone special to enjoy them with.
