🛋️ Expert Nook-Finder: Havana knows exactly how to make herself comfortable. While some cats want the spotlight, she is an expert climber when it comes to finding the perfect, tucked-away spot under the couch. It’s her favorite sanctuary where she can feel safe before coming out to greet you.
🔎 Ready to Investigate: Though she is quiet, she is highly alert and ready to investigate anything new in her environment. She isn't loud or intrusive; she’s a sophisticated observer who prefers to follow you from room to room just to see what you’re doing. She’s a "silent shadow" who simply wants to be near her person.
🎾 The Minimalist Playmate: Havana doesn't need flashy gadgets; she will play with anything simple and low-key. Whether she’s batting at a stray string from the safety of her nook or stretching out on her favorite couch, she finds joy in the quiet rhythms of a happy home.
☁️ Expert Snuggler: Havana is an expert snuggler once she knows she can trust you. She might need a few days to settle in, but once she warms up, she becomes your best friend. She absolutely loves chin scratches and will reward your patience with deep purrs and total devotion.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
