Gunhild is a gentle, quiet soul with a beautifully calm and peaceful nature. She is a little timid and understandably cautious around humans, and she needs a slow, gentle approach — sudden movements or attention will see her retreat to a safe space.

With patience and kindness, Gunhild is beginning to show her softer side. She has started to enjoy gentle pats and scratches when they are offered slowly and respectfully, and it’s incredibly special to earn her trust. She will thrive with someone who understands that love doesn’t have to be loud or demanding to be meaningful.

Gunhild is happy co-existing with multiple cats and is very respectful of others, preferring to keep to herself rather than seek out interaction. She will occasionally entertain herself with toys and enjoys quiet moments observing her surroundings.

She keeps her distance from dogs but is not overly concerned by them, making her suitable for a calm home with respectful dogs who won’t push her boundaries.

A true foodie at heart, Gunhild absolutely loves her meals — and she has a particular interest in human food, always hoping someone might share a little leftover her way.

Gunhild is looking for a calm, patient home that will allow her to settle at her own pace. In return, she offers a gentle presence, quiet companionship, and the joy of watching a shy cat slowly learn to trust and feel safe.
