Hi, I'm Honeysuckle.

I'm a sweet young Rottweiler cross with a warm, affectionate nature that truly matches my name. I love to play - especially when fetch or tug-of-war is involved - and I already know a few tricks that I'm very proud to show off. Life is at its best when there's laughter, movement, and someone cheering me on.

I'm a very loving girl, and being close to my people is my favourite place to be. If you know Rottweilers, you'll recognise my signature move: the classic lean-in for pats, where I soak up every bit of affection like it's the best thing in the world. I feel things deeply and can get wonderfully enthusiastic, so I'd be best suited to a home with older or secondary school-aged kids who are comfortable with my joyful energy.

I really enjoy the company of other dogs and can get quite excited when I see them, as I'm very social and eager to interact. Sometimes my enthusiasm comes out a little strong, so I benefit from calm introductions and a human who understands dog communication and can help me channel that excitement in a positive way.

What I'm looking for now is a fresh start and a forever home that understands my big heart, playful spirit, and expressive personality. With the right guidance and love, I'll blossom into an incredibly loyal, affectionate companion who gives back just as much as she receives.
