About Bill - 5 Month Old Mixed Breed
Bill – The Sweetest Big Pup Looking for His Forever Home
Meet Bill, a truly beautiful, gentle-natured pup with the sweetest soul. At just 5 months old, Bill is already showing what an affectionate, well-mannered boy he will grow into. He is expected to mature into a large breed dog.
When Bill first came into care, he was very scared and unsure of the world. With patience and love, he has blossomed into a happy, affectionate puppy who enjoys being close to his people. He is smart, eager to learn, and responds beautifully to kind, consistent training.
Bill is:
- Fully toilet trained
- Sleeping through the night in his own bed
- Learning basic commands like sit and stay
- Quiet, gentle, and very well behaved for his age, non destructive
Bill loves being indoors with his family, where he happily relaxes watching TV, listening to dinner conversations, and soaking up cuddles. He also enjoys outdoor playtime, sunny naps, and relaxing under the trees.
As Bill is still young and building confidence, we are looking for a home that can continue his training and gently encourage him as he grows. Puppy school or ongoing training is strongly recommended to help his good manners develop into amazing ones.
Bill would thrive with people who understand timid dogs and can include him in everyday life and family adventures. He needs a home where he is truly part of the family and allowed inside to be close to his people.
Bill is currently in foster care and regularly spends time with an older Staffy, whom he absolutely adores. He would love a home with:
- A calm, friendly dog to learn from or regular doggy playdates
- A dedicated family willing to help him continue building confidence
- A secure yard with sunny spots to relax
- Children aged 10+ who understand gentle, timid dogs
- A family, couple, or single adopter with time and commitment for training
- Full access indoors for cuddles and companionship
Bill is a quiet, affectionate boy with a heart full of love, just waiting for the right home to help him shine. If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to give him time, patience, and love, Bill will reward you tenfold.
Bill's adoption fee is $600 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Bill is in foster care in Chain Valley South, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing by 6 months old.
